Separation from Spirit/God is an illusion. We are not victims of our Life this is an illusion of our Ego/Mind personality. No one can be unhappy without an unhappy story to tell.  It’s not the external events in our life that take place, but the story including the judgements and resulting emotional energy we attach to our story that creates our problems. And I mean we create it!  E-motion is “energy in motion.” All the emotional energy we carry around with us, whether it is conscious or subconscious, creates our experiences in the moment.

 So if we have any experience and judge it as negative this triggers an emotional response of say anger, fear, or hatred. Then that very E -motion draws to us the experiences we need to see until we release it and this is doing something to transform it. As long as we remain unaware we can get caught in an eternal loop of reaction and negative creation.
